Marketing Coordinator

Title Marketing Coordinator Industry Beauty Retail and E-commerce Location Bolingbrook, IL Duration 6 months Responsibilities Prepare event materials and templates to support digital activation planning across the Category Management team. Maintain accurate activation details in internal planning and tracking systems. Track event updates, timelines, and milestones while coordinating changes with internal teams and brand partners. Conduct onsite quality reviews during activations and document findings. Organize post-event documentation, capture learnings, and provide administrative support for Marketplace growth. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, marketing, or a related field; internship experience is welcome. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required. Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptability with new systems, and comfort collaborating with internal partners and external brand contacts.
