Benefits Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead a growing team and drive operational excellence within a complex benefits environment. This leadership role offers the opportunity to develop people, improve processes, and partner with senior leaders to support organizational growth and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisors and their teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  
• Oversee daily operations and ensure service goals are achieved
  
• Partner with leadership to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the employee/customer experience
  
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational priorities
  
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues requiring analysis and judgment
  
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support business objectives
  
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
  

Qualifications

• Experience leading leaders, including supervisors, managers, or team leads
  
• Strong coaching, employee development, and team-building skills
  
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive organizational success
  
• Background in operations, benefits administration, insurance, compliance, workforce management, or a related field preferred
  
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  
• Experience interpreting policies, regulations, contracts, or business requirements
  
• Process improvement and project leadership experience is highly desirable
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
