Benefits ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead a growing team and drive operational excellence within a complex benefits environment. This leadership role offers the opportunity to develop people, improve processes, and partner with senior leaders to support organizational growth and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop supervisors and their teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance managementOversee daily operations and ensure service goals are achievedPartner with leadership to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the employee/customer experienceManage workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational prioritiesServe as an escalation point for complex issues requiring analysis and judgmentLead projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support business objectivesFoster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and resultsQualificationsExperience leading leaders, including supervisors, managers, or team leadsStrong coaching, employee development, and team-building skillsProven ability to influence outcomes and drive organizational successBackground in operations, benefits administration, insurance, compliance, workforce management, or a related field preferredStrong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience interpreting policies, regulations, contracts, or business requirementsProcess improvement and project leadership experience is highly desirableAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environmentWhat's OfferedCompetitive salary and bonus potentialHealth, dental and vision insurance401k matchingPaid Time OffAnnual bonus opportunityIf interested in the above position, please apply today!
