Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health issues, strengths, challenges, and establish treatment goals, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, integrating best practices and clinical guidelines to foster optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in weekly interdisciplinary case consultations to share insights and strategies, enhancing the quality of care provided to clients across various treatment settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, full licensure to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note: Provisional or limited licenses are not considered for this role.

• A proven ability to make sound professional evaluations and clinical decisions regarding treatment planning and execution.

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the capacity to build trust with clients.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with telehealth platforms for effective remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.

• Background in trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or other specialized therapeutic modalities is preferred.

• Administrative experience or familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is advantageous but not required.
