Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day accounting operations of a growing field service and construction-focused organization. This individual will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on bookkeeping experience in a project-based environment and be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with leadership and operations teams.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced bookkeeper during a planned transition period, ensuring a smooth transfer of knowledge and responsibilities. The successful candidate will also assist with ongoing system and process improvements while providing occasional administrative support as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in the construction, field service, maintenance, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Experience with job costing and project-based accounting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
