Accounting Manager

Position Title: Accounting Manager The Accounting Manager is a crucial role that oversees all accounting functions across two small companies. This position requires a hands‑on approach to managing full‑cycle accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining efficient processes. The successful candidate will navigate the complexities of a small business environment, balancing multiple responsibilities while delivering results. Salary Range $100,000 - $130,000 / Year DOE Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting for two companies with combined revenues of $5MM-$7MM Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Process payroll accurately and timely Conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy Prepare financial statements on a quarterly basis Provide support for budgeting initiatives Track and manage invoices effectively Ensure timely payments and collections Support financial realignment and debt reduction efforts Requirements Experience with QuickBooks Online Full-cycle accounting experience Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience Payroll processing experience Reconciliation experience Financial statement preparation experience Experience in a small business environment Budgeting and forecasting experience is preferred Process improvement experience is preferred Audit and tax preparation support experience is preferred Ability to operate independently is preferred Benefits Health insurance with employer contribution after 90 days 401(k) plan with a 4% match after 90 days Paid time off starting at one week, negotiable for strong candidates Holidays include Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving If you are an Accounting Manager looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
