Kids for the Future is looking for an Onsite Recruiter in Worcester, MA, who will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring a smooth hiring process. You'll partner closely with management to build talent pipelines and support compliance during onboarding. Ideal candidates should possess strong recruitment lifecycle knowledge and experience in a high-volume environment.
