Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation that meets both regulatory and clinical standards, thus maintaining compliance with governing bodies.

• Implementing evidence-based screening tools as specified by the clinical team to provide effective and targeted interventions.

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client progress.

• Engaging actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic’s standards.

• Serving as a key liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to fortify support networks for clients.
\n
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and further the mission of the agency within community settings.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility while pursuing new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Participating in ongoing professional development activities, including attending relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings.

• Integrating and promoting the agency's mission, values, and principles in all interactions.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall operations.
