This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide telehealth services from the comfort of your home. You will connect with clients through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform that facilitates therapeutic engagement. Our virtual environment reduces barriers to treatment, allowing counselors to reach clients who might otherwise struggle to access care due to geographical or mobility constraints. Also, we regularly hold virtual team meetings and provide various resources for ongoing support and supervision.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). You will address a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, preferences, and treatment goals. Each assessment will inform the development of personalized treatment plans that are dynamic and evolve based on client progress.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients’ progress during sessions, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective and responsive care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care, share insights, and develop comprehensive approach strategies for clients facing complex challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state regulations.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including attending workshops, participating in peer supervision sessions, and pursuing further education to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
