This position will primarily be remote, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while maintaining direct communication with clients via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Actively advocating for clients to provide access to vital community resources such as housing, employment, and mental health services that enhance their quality of life.

• Offering immediate support and crisis intervention during sessions and after-hours, ensuring clients feel safe and have a clear plan to manage distressing situations effectively.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards.

• Collaborating regularly with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and cohesive care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitating psychoeducation sessions to equip clients with coping strategies, conflict resolution skills, and self-care techniques to promote their mental well-being.

• Engaging in community outreach initiatives to strengthen professional relationships and expand referral networks, thereby enhancing the services available to our client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing care to a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various emotional and behavioral health issues. Our clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to create a rapport with clients and understand their unique backgrounds will be imperative in facilitating effective treatment plans and ensuring positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LCSW license in Tennessee.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in social work is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
