Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evidence-based screenings to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored care plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop integrated care plans that connect them to vital community resources and services.
\n
• Facilitate communication between clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts as needed, offering immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Complete timely documentation for client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies.

• Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions, contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with clients facing significant mental health challenges, including those with major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and severe emotional dysregulation. This role is suited for a professional with a passion for serving underrepresented populations, as many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds and varying socio-economic statuses. The LCSW is instrumental in fostering a trusting and therapeutic relationship with these clients to support their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Alliance Life Line Counseling offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
