Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Engagement: Work directly with assigned clients, conducting assessments and delivering individual, group, and family therapy tailored to their specific needs.

• Crisis Intervention: Participate in crisis intervention efforts, quickly addressing any immediate mental health needs for clients.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and timely records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and professional guidelines.

• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and committees focused on quality improvement, sharing insights and strategies that enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
