Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Candidates should have strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, solution design, and client engagement across complex implementations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements, define user stories, and align on marketing objectives
• Assess existing client architecture and design scalable Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud-enabled solutions
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and delivery teams
• Create and present solution designs, ensuring clarity, value articulation, and stakeholder buy-in
• Guide the development of Marketing Cloud components, ensuring alignment with best practices
• Incorporate Data Cloud capabilities (segmentation, unification, activation) into solution designs where applicable
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery
• Review designs, configurations, and implementations to maintain high standards
• Recommend alternative approaches, assess impacts, and provide effort estimations

Experience Needed:

• 4+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in a consulting environment
• Hands-on or working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, activation)
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Hands-on experience across core SFMC capabilities (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem
