Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health status and specific needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Therapist at Elevate Therapy, you will work primarily with a diverse adult patient population, many of whom may be facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Tailoring your approach based on individual diagnoses and personal circumstances is essential, as our clients come from various backgrounds, each with their own story and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and up-to-date license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.

• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients to foster trust and openness.

• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple cases efficiently.

• Have no history of disciplinary actions with your licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n
