Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals and groups, employing various therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to address a multitude of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and monitor client progress.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your expertise and empathy to navigate emergency situations effectively.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health awareness, educating the public about resources available to them while actively working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.

The clients you will serve come from a diverse array of backgrounds, including various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, with a preference for those who have experience in community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
