As a remote-based practitioner, you will primarily provide outpatient therapy services to clients from the comfort of your own space while having access to our supportive administrative team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients, integrating various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Offer therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, effectively addressing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, social workers, and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating services aimed at achieving optimal mental wellness.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in distress, utilizing your expertise and empathetic skills to stabilize situations and develop safety plans.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives including workshops and public speaking events to elevate mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• An independently licensed mental health professional: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational capabilities with a commitment to accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
