Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their specific goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated care approach for clients, addressing any comorbidities effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, utilizing your expertise to stabilize their situations empathetically and effectively.

• Participate in community outreach efforts, educating the public about mental health services and working to diminish stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that reflects the community's unique demographics. Our clients range from adolescents to seniors, presenting with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds will be essential in helping them navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required, candidates with additional training in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, or specialized therapy modalities will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
