Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally informed mental health assessments to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, with a strong emphasis on cultural considerations in therapy.

• Experience providing culturally responsive individual and group therapy.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills and an ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of fostering rapport and trust with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
