Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care in an outpatient setting, typically managing a caseload of 1 to 2 patients per hour.
• Assess each patient's condition and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate their specific needs and recovery goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to enhance patient outcomes.
• Meticulously document all patient interactions, treatment protocols, and progress notes in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure seamless communication within the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides, enhancing overall patient care through coordinated treatment efforts.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and self-care strategies that facilitate long-term wellness, promoting active participation in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
