Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans according to best practices.

• Document all interactions and therapeutic sessions accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards as mandated by state regulations.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enhance client engagement and educational opportunities.

• Provide consistent updates to the treatment team and actively participate in case conferences to ensure coordination of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, often exacerbated by substance use disorders. Clients will range from adolescents to adults seeking assistance in overcoming obstacles related to addiction, trauma, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
