Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to each patient's requirements and recovery goals.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, as well as modalities such as heat, ice, and electrical stimulation, to facilitate pain relief and restore function.
• Educate patients on effective body mechanics, exercise regimens, and strategies for prevention of future injuries.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide holistic and effective patient care.
• Maintain organized and precise patient records that comply with legal and ethical standards in physical therapy practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic ranges from athletes suffering from sports-related injuries to older adults requiring assistance with age-related conditions. We treat a variety of conditions, including but not limited to back and neck pain, joint pain due to osteoarthritis, tendonitis, sprains, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance disorders. As a Physical Therapist at Revive, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is a preferred qualification.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working in a rehabilitation setting, demonstrating proficiency in managing a wide range of physical therapy conditions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient patient documentation.
• A minimum of five years of experience is preferred, particularly in acute care or outpatient rehabilitation environments.
• Proficiency in various physical therapy techniques and modalities, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.

Compensation and Benefits
