Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical impairments and functional limitations, setting realistic treatment goals in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and in accordance with physician orders, ensuring alignment with best practices in physical therapy.

• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes clearly and precisely, utilizing medical terminology that supports therapeutic necessity and proper billing.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery and alignment with patient goals.

• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, guiding them to ensure consistency and quality in patient care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
