Job: Sr Desktop Support Tech #3 - 100% ON SITE
\nLocation: 600 E. Main St. Richmond, VA
\n \n***Sr Desktop Support Tech. Both Web/Virtual and IN PERSON Interviews will be conducted.
\n***100% ON SITE from Day One
\n \nStrong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios. - Required 4 Years
\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. - Required 4 Years
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Required 4 Years
\nDemonstrated ability to obtain feedback from customers to improve training methods. - Required 4 Years
\nRunning reports and analyzing common complaints and problems. - Required 4 Years
\nAn openness to learning new technologies. - Required 4 Years
