Job Title: Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $47.07 - $65 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 1 year
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:

• Administer and configure Salesforce, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approvals, reports, and dashboards
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security controls
• Provide Tier-2 support for Salesforce incidents, requests, and defects
• Support sandbox management, releases, and controlled deployments
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Facilitate process mapping and future-state design sessions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and Salesforce configuration
• Support test planning, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coordinate defect triage, retesting, and sign-off
• Ensure changes follow SDLC, validation, and change control procedures
• Support Salesforce integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems
• Assist with data quality, data corrections, and controlled data loads

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience administering Salesforce in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Admin/BA hybrid
• Experience supporting UAT, releases, and system changes
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems thinking
• Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or TrackWise Digital experience preferred
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, iPaaS) preferred
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, SOX, or similar) preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
