Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing to provide emotional and psychological support.
• Encourage clients to share their thoughts and feelings, fostering open communication and emotional growth.
• Assist clients in setting realistic therapeutic goals and guide them in achieving these objectives through tailored action plans.
• Identify and address behaviors that hinder recovery, offering strategies to promote positive change and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse group of clients through our teletherapy platform, including adults experiencing mild to moderate emotional challenges. All clients are screened prior to engagement, ensuring that you work with stable individuals who are motivated to improve their mental health. Qualifications

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required to ensure a robust foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Licensing: Candidates must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice independently as:

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
