Administrative Project Manager

Northwestern Medicine is seeking an Administrative Coordinator – ENT for full-time days, based in Chicago. The role supports directors, manages calendars, and leads special projects with strong organization and confidentiality. Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent administrative experience, 3–5 years in a business office, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
