As a skilled Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential therapy services, evaluate patients, and develop personalized treatment and discharge plans to enhance patient outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements include:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Need 1 year experience in setting
