Paramedic Disciplinary Review Board Analyst

Paramedic Disciplinary Review Board Analyst Classification: ANALYST II Salary: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per month. New to State candidates hired at minimum salary or alternate minimum. Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Work Location: Hybrid (office and telework). Office located in Rancho Cordova. Telework: Hybrid. Telework permitted at department discretion; California residency required. Minimum Requirements: See Class Specification. (ANALYST II) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and retirement benefits. See CalHR for details. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support for the Paramedic Disciplinary Review Board. Assist in preparing case packets, developing agendas, tracking case status, and generating reports and correspondence. Support legal matters and confidential information handling. Maintain and update tracking systems, monitor budgetary payments, and process travel arrangements and expense claims. Participate in emergency management and Incident Command System training and readiness exercises. Qualifications Strong writing skills; ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate reports, correspondence, agendas, meeting materials, and internal policy documents. Experience coordinating meetings, preparing case packets, developing agendas, and documenting actions taken by boards or committees. Experience maintaining tracking systems, monitoring budgetary payments, and processing travel arrangements and expense claims. Experience providing administrative support on legal matters, handling confidential information, and exercising sound judgment. Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills, with ability to independently prioritize work and manage multiple assignments. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer‑service skills, with ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications Experience in emergency medical services or public health settings. Knowledge of California public health regulations and compliance.
