Job Title: B2B SaaS Sales Manager

Ianai Systems Inc. builds AI-driven ERP solutions that streamline inventory, manufacturing, accounting, WMS, and SCM workflows for mid-market companies. Our flagship product IanaiERP integrates advanced automation and multi-channel operations into one unified platform.

Position Overview

We are seeking a B2B SaaS Sales Manager who can own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise organizations. This role is essential to expanding IanaiERP in the U.S., and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and qualify B2B leads in manufacturing, distribution, retail, and logistics industries.
\n
• Build and maintain a prospect database (CRM).
\n
• Develop outbound strategies: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, referrals.
\n

2) Sales Pipeline Management

\n
• Conduct product demos tailored to customer workflows.
\n
• Diagnose client needs and map them to IanaiERP modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, WMS, Accounting, SCM).
\n
• Create proposals, quotations, and customized pricing packages.
\n
• Manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
\n

3) Closing & Onboarding

• Lead contract negotiation and deal closure.
\n
• Coordinate with onboarding, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth handoff.
\n
• Maintain post-sale relationships for upsells and referrals.
\n

4) Strategy & Reporting

\n
• Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue projections.
\n
• Deliver weekly forecast reports.
\n
• Provide product feedback from customers to roadmap teams.
\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n
• 3–7 years of B2B SaaS or ERP/SCM/WMS sales experience
\n
• Direct experience selling to CFO/COO/Director-level buyers
\n
• Strong solution-selling & consultative selling skills
\n
• Excellent communication skil
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, MES, WMS, or SCM systems
\n
• Background in manufacturing or supply-chain tech
\n
• Experience in startups or early-stage SaaS
\n
• Strong discovery and demo-presentation capabilities
\n
