Temp-to-Hire Recruiter / College Sourcer (Aerospace Talent Acquisition Support) Connecticut (Hybrid/Onsite as needed) | Contract-to-Hire | Aerospace Industry We are seeking a motivated Recruiter / College Sourcer to support a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in networking, relationship-building, and proactive sourcing of early-career and skilled talent. You will play a key role in building strong pipelines through college outreach, community engagement, and targeted candidate sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Source, identify, and engage candidates for aerospace manufacturing and engineering roles Build and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, and technical programs Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, networking events, job fairs, and community partnerships Develop talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and cultural fit Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities Track candidate activity and maintain accurate ATS records Support employer branding efforts through campus and community engagement What We're Looking For: 13+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house) Strong networking and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging candidates and school partners Experience with or interest in technical, manufacturing, or aerospace environments preferred College recruiting or early-career talent sourcing experience strongly preferred Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Strong communication skills and professional presence Why This Role: Opportunity to break into the aerospace industry and build long-term talent pipelines.
