Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $18/hour Experience: Previous administrative, customer service, or related experience preferred. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm ProRecruiters is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Answer customer calls, emails, and messages. Provide information about products, services, and procedures. Maintain accurate customer records and account information. Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints. Dispatch service and emergency calls to managers. Process orders, returns, and account updates.
