Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality clinical services to clients diagnosed with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both through virtual consultations and community outreach.

• Provide a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention techniques, ensuring the safety and security of clients and staff.

• Manage a caseload comprising assessment, individual, group, and family therapy sessions with a focus on client empowerment and support.

• Monitor and document client progress comprehensively, ensuring timely submission of reports and adherence to treatment timelines.

• Be available for on-call shifts during and after program hours as required.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to committees aimed at enhancing service delivery across the agency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is mandatory.
