This full-time, remote role is pivotal in delivering vital mental health services to students at our private education facility located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Work Environment\n

The work setting is predominantly remote, with potential on-site visits to our school facility when required. Our typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends to accommodate the diverse needs of the student population. As a team member, you will support accessible mental health services while managing potential on-call responsibilities for urgent situations, ensuring that timely care is always available.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, gathering critical information on their personal histories and current challenges.

• Work with students to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on their mental health concerns, enhance emotional resilience, and ensure effective school integration.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting emotional regulation, personal growth, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a coalition of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners—to ensure a seamless and comprehensive therapeutic approach.

• Provide immediate response and crisis intervention for students experiencing acute mental health crises.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
