The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to engage with clients and colleagues from your own workspace. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays and disabilities, employing evidence-based methods to gather vital data.

• Actively participate in the formulation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that strategies align with both child development and family dynamics.

• Monitor and assess progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize the learning experiences for each child.

• Provide essential emotional and educational support to families, equipping them with the tools and techniques to foster their child’s growth effectively.

• Utilize a coaching model complemented by natural environment teaching strategies to promote skill acquisition in various settings.

• Collaborate with other professionals and ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care.

• Develop meaningful relationships with children and their families to create a supportive and motivating atmosphere conducive to growth and development.

• Stay abreast of updates in best practices and effectively communicate these to families and team members to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will engage with families from diverse backgrounds, addressing their unique concerns and priorities. Understanding the critical developmental milestones within the first three years of life, your work will help children enhance their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, ultimately setting the stage for their future success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health is a must.
