Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals, including initial intake assessments conducted via telehealth.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored for clients of diverse ages and backgrounds, focusing on a spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific, measurable goals and therapeutic interventions, in collaboration with clients to honor their preferences.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, utilizing immediate intervention techniques to stabilize their conditions.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources, enhancing their ability to manage their mental health proactively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in therapy practice, ensuring clients' confidentiality and informed consent is prioritized.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity by effectively engaging with clients from varied backgrounds, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet their specific cultural needs.
