Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients who are recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or related conditions, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy techniques, exercise programs, and advanced modalities aimed at pain relief and enhanced mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking outcomes and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Coach patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques, ensuring proper form and understanding for optimal recovery.
• Assist in recommending and fitting patients for assistive devices, such as orthotics or other mobility aids.
• Continuously research and implement best practices by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and engaging with professional bodies to enhance personal skill sets and improve patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will bring recovery to a broad range of patients, predominantly focusing on individuals with orthopedic conditions. This includes post-operative orthopedic patients, athletes recovering from sports injuries, and older adults dealing with age-related musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required for this role.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

Precision Rehab Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
