Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to formulate comprehensive treatment plans, collaboratively adjusting them based on client progress and changing needs.

• Document all client interactions accurately and efficiently, including progress notes, treatment outcomes, and discharge planning, adhering to company policies and best practices.

• Develop individualized aftercare plans with clients to ensure they are well-prepared for ongoing support following their discharge from therapeutic services.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients' family members and external healthcare providers to coordinate care effectively and reinforce therapeutic progress.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions, contributing insights and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a variety of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with mental health and behavioral challenges. Our patient population includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the respective state.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, specifically focusing on mental and behavioral health treatment, including individual and group therapy.

• Strong ethical boundaries and a commitment to patient confidentiality.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
