Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the counseling needs of clients, utilizing DSM criteria to assess for substance abuse diagnoses.

• Prepare and implement detailed treatment plans that outline necessary interventions, set measurable goals, and address the unique needs of clients battling co-occurring disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and foster long-term recovery.
\n
• Develop and execute discharge and continuum of care plans to transition clients effectively through various levels of care, ensuring a seamless and supportive recovery journey.

• Document all counseling services, assessments, and client interactions meticulously in clinical records to maintain compliance and continuity of care.

• Manage a caseload effectively, coordinating case reviews, treatment planning, and follow-ups to support ongoing recovery for each patient.

• Collaborate with referral sources, such as legal and educational institutions, to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.

• Utilize a multidisciplinary team approach to address crisis situations and facilitate necessary interventions promptly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work and a valid LCSW license to practice in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
