Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide high-quality individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement treatment strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to support clients' healing processes.

• Develop and track personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and outline measurable objectives for clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in team meetings, contributing to the development and execution of case management plans.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and perform risk assessments as necessary, ensuring clients' safety and well-being.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation and records in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
