Engineering Administration Assistant Overview Do you thrive on organization, enjoy keeping projects moving, and take pride in supporting a fast-paced team? Waterford Hotel Group is seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant to support our Engineering & Technical Services department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working with vendors, maintaining detailed records, and serving as the administrative hub for a busy engineering team. What You’ll Do Coordinate and track engineering work orders and maintenance requests. Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and departmental records. Track inventory, engineering supplies, and equipment purchases. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and departmental correspondence. Organize budgets, energy usage reports, safety documentation, and compliance records. Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects and repairs stay on schedule. Provide administrative support to the Director of Engineering and Technical Services. What We’re Looking For Previous administrative or office support experience required. Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Experience working with purchasing, invoices, maintenance systems, or facilities management is a plus. Hospitality, engineering, construction, or property management experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to pass a background check.
