The Position As a member of the Business Development Representative (BDR) team, you will play a key role in driving YCharts' sales success alongside our award-winning marketing team. Key Responsibilities Identify, create, and respond to defined accounts via phone and email (inbound + outbound sales opportunities). Qualify interested financial advisors and introduce them to YCharts Account Executives. Educate prospective clients on YCharts' sales process to establish positive client relationships. Actively participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications & Experience Prior sales training and/or experience with cold/warm calling. Experience in fintech or within the financial advisor community is a plus. A proactive, personable, and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. Grit, determination, and a positive attitude, with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly over the phone. Compensation: At YCharts, we are committed to pay equity and transparency in all locations, including compliance with local pay disclosure requirements: the base salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000 USD, and the Total Cash Compensation range is $70,500-$77,750 USD inclusive of bonuses and variable compensation. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
