Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Welkins Mind Healthcare, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of issues such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression.

• Engaging in goal-setting practices with clients, regularly reviewing their progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offering teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in-person appointments.

• Maintaining detailed case notes and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Actively participating in continuing education and training to expand your competencies and stay updated on the latest trends in mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Welkins Mind Healthcare, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for performance-based bonuses, including a sign-on bonus and retention bonuses for continued commitment.
