Full-Time • On Site – Matthews, NC $20 – $25 per hour Ace Handyman Services is hiring a Office Manager to support scheduling, dispatch, and customer engagement operations. This is a high-impact, high-energy role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced home services environment and wants to be part of a trusted, growing brand. This is a high call volume and fast paced role; this person must thrive in a fast and busy environment! This position will be responsible for all scheduling of craftsman jobs, taking potential customer lead calls and converting them into a booked job (with a high conversion rate) also assist with most of the daily administrative tasks - warranty calls, data entry, and customer follow up. What You'll Do: Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls Support customers with scheduling, service coordination, and problem solving Dispatch field technicians and manage dynamic calendars Use Service Titan software (or similar) to manage workflows, scheduling, and updates Provide sales and customer support with a focus on professionalism and speed Experienced in customer service or inside sales (1+ year preferred) Organized, calm under pressure, and able to multitask Comfortable navigating home service systems and handling day-to-day scheduling Must have Service Titan Software Experience or a similar platform Previous home services, dispatch, or field ops coordination experience strongly preferred Paid Time Off Health, Dental, and 401(k) Benefits Overtime Pay + Sales Bonuses On-the-Job Training & Pay Reviews No Weekend Work
