Accounts Payable SpecialistCoral Gables, FL, United StatesA large commercial real estate development company in Miami/Coral Gables with over 100 properties in the US. This is a Accounts Payable role onsite.Key: Must understand the accounts payable process.All payables come to a general inbox whereas the system automatically integrates with the ERP. Approval communication VERBAL OR WRITTEN IS REQUIRED win the USWe offer great benefitsThis role is onsite. No remote applicants please.Accounts Payable Specialist (Property):Will handle accounts payable for property (Asset) division of the development companies (Over 100 Companies).Manage Global Email where invoices are sent; process invoice and manage overall email request.Communicate approvals to managers.Multiple check runs per month.Manage all backups to invoices.Print, seek signature and distribute.Currently using SAGE 300. Will be converting to Yardi soon. Not required. Excel a must.Approximately 500 invoices monthly. Bi-weekly check runs$60-65KOr refer someone
