Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Mental Oasis, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions to clients via video chat, building a rapport that promotes trust and openness.

• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.

• Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insight into their feelings, experiences, and relational dynamics.

• Teaching clients healthy coping mechanisms and life skills that enhance their ability to manage daily challenges and improve their overall well-being.

• Documenting sessions and progress in compliance with organizational standards, ensuring minimal paperwork so you can focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our therapeutic approach is tailored to empower clients, equipping them with essential skills and insights to foster personal growth and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of one of the following licenses: fully licensed to practice independently as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• No provisional license; a clean professional background without disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy and compassion in client interactions.

• Strong computer literacy skills to efficiently navigate telehealth platforms and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
