Dietary Director/Manager

Dietary Manager / Dietary Director Rancho Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center Rancho Manor is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Department and ensure quality food service in a safe, sanitary, and resident‑focused environment. Responsibilities Manage daily dietary operations and staff scheduling. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate dietary employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, OSHA, sanitation, and infection control regulations. Oversee food production, meal service, menu planning, and food ordering. Maintain dietary documentation, Nutritional Assessments, Plans of Care, and MDS updates. Process diet changes and ensure accuracy with physician orders. Monitor food temperatures, storage, meal service, and kitchen safety. Work closely with the Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team. Participate in department head meetings, Quality Assurance, and Care Plan meetings. Assist with kitchen operations as needed and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Healthcare and culinary experience required. CDM preferred. Food Service Director experience preferred.
