Description - What You'll Do

• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor incoming staff or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and compliant work environment consistent with safety regulations and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparedness.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
