Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments through virtual sessions to identify mental health conditions, strengths, and needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique psychological, emotional, and social needs of each client.

• Engage clients in one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and coping strategies.

• Facilitate online group therapy or family therapy sessions as necessary, working to enhance group dynamics and promote mutual support among participants.

• Monitor clients' progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client communications, treatment plans, and progress within our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care delivery.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to remain current with advancements in mental health practices and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience, along with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
