Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat with clients, aiding them in improving their mental health and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate open discussions about emotions and personal experiences to help clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

• Serve as a client advocate, assisting them in defining actionable goals for their mental health journeys.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and create effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records while utilizing our top-quality counselor dashboard for scheduling and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will predominantly be stable adults with low acuity issues, all pre-screened to ensure that they align with your specialties. We prioritize the matching of clients to clinicians based on shared values and therapeutic approaches, fostering a productive and effective counseling relationship. Notably, our clients do not include individuals with severe mental health conditions, enabling you to focus on manageable and constructive therapy.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Fully licensed to practice independently without supervision as a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
\n
\n
• No limited/provisional licenses or recent disciplinary actions.
\n
• Ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate approach to client care.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and digital platforms for counseling services.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in telehealth counseling is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
