Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and interviews with clients to determine their mental health status and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing a diverse array of mental health issues. Your clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and substance use disorders. Our practice is dedicated to serving clients from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, enabling you to develop and strengthen your cultural competence within therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A strong understanding of a variety of mental health disorders, along with proven evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience delivering culturally competent therapy to a broad range of clients in both individual and group settings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technological tools.

• A commitment to ethical practice, maintaining confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
